A ShareCode is a unique, time-limited code that grants someone access to view or download your documents. You can send ShareCodes via email or SMS, and they automatically expire for security. It's a simple way to share documents without emailing attachments.
How do I request documents from someone?
From your dashboard, create an Upload Request and send it via email or SMS. The recipient receives a secure link, uploads their documents with one click, and you're notified instantly when they're ready to download.
What happens to documents after they're downloaded?

Is there a free trial?

What file types are supported?
ShareMyDocs supports PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, and many other common file types. If your clients can attach it to an email, they can upload or download it here — but more securely.
Can I use ShareMyDocs on my phone?
Yes! ShareMyDocs works fully on mobile devices. You can manage requests and sends from any smartphone. Recipients can upload or download from any device — no app download required.
How long are documents stored?
Documents are stored securely until downloaded. Once downloaded — whether by you (for received docs) or your client (for sent docs) — they're automatically queued for secure deletion. You can also manually revoke access at any time.
What if someone doesn't download documents I sent?
Your dashboard shows the status of all sent documents. You can resend the link via email or SMS, or revoke access if no longer needed. Sent document links expire automatically for security.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Billing page in the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. No cancellation fees or hassle.
